TEEN CHEF HERITAGE
NATIONAL COOKING COMPETITION
Heritage Girls School launched the National Cooking Competition in 2016 to provide a platform for the young students experimenting with flavors. We have continued this tradition with everyone’s efforts and this is our 10th edition. Every year, students from across the country participate actively and enthusiastically. Boys and Girls in the age group of 9-16 years, have been participating in the eighth editions in three categories: Snacks, Main Course and Desserts. The competition is all about creativity, presentation, innovation and taste. This time, we are relaunching the competition with a new addition, TEEN CHEF HERITAGE: A National Cooking Competition for Boys and Girls (Age group: 9-16 years).
This event is unique and exciting because celebrity chefs join us to share their innovations and judge the new creations by the young chefs. National Cooking Competition gets its standard gold edge through the presence of a panel of luminaries from the culinary world. Celebrated chefs like the late Chef Vernon Coelho, who was also one to inspire the competition, Chef Vicky Ratnani (Celebrity Chef, Author and Food Consultant), Chef Mugdha Khare, Chef Shantanu, Chef Simran Thapa, Chef Sanjeev, Chef Akshraj Jodha, MasterChef Kamaldeep Kaur and MasterChef Gurkirat Singh, have all been jewels who have adorned HGS NCC with their beaming presence over the years. Our panel of celebrity chefs judge the participants on various criteria and provides them with feedback. As a result, they have inspired young minds to make significant changes and create healthy, delectable, appealing, and wholesome meals.

Competition 2025’ featuring the best chefs. The theme for the
competition is
‘'Tradition to Innovation 2025-26’. Boys and girls in the age
group of 9 to 16
years are eligible
to participate and showcase their culinary talents.

entries before 20th December 2025.
This year, the TCH competition will consist of two rounds: a semi-final
featuring Culinary Art and Salad Presentation,
followed by the final round. Both rounds will be held on the school
campus.
Participants can
register under any ONE of
the following categories:
1.Snacks
2.Dessert
3.Main Course
The final round would be at the Heritage Girls School Campus, Udaipur on
24th and 25th
January 2026.
Accommodation for the finalists and their guardians would be free of cost at the
