CLUBS and SOCIETIES

Saturday Afternoons are devoted to club activities that girls join according to their interests.
Some of them are:

Debating Society; Apart from the regular assembly talks and public speaking competitions, the society devotes it’s time to training interested students in group discussions/elocutions and debates. Debates are organized at regular intervals. MUN SOCIETY: Students are trained in United Nations procedures and protocols preparing them to participate in nationwide MUN conferences that our students go for. Regular selections from the society are made.

PHOTON CLUB: The club works on developing the scientific temper of the girls by encouraging experiments and innovation. The club works hard on providing eco-friendly solutions to household requirements and creates simple projects to excite the girls towards innovation.

SOCIAL SERVICE CLUB: Tree plantation, recycling, old clothes, and reusing friends for the various projects planned are part of the club activity. Every year the club organizes a Sale on Founders, Art & Crafts, and Embroidery Day to raise money to help the needy.

Students learn basic sewing, stitching, embroidery, and repair of garments during the activity time. They learn block painting, tie and dye, gift wrapping, and flower arrangement to raise their confidence and give them high self-esteem.

PHOTOGRAPHY: The school is located strategically near Lake which has regular visits by migratory birds and wildlife. The club also encourages students to focus a discerning eye on the natural beauty of the area the school is based in.
