Lt Gen SPS Dhillon retired as the Deputy Chief of Army Staff (Information Systems and Training). As the senior most advisor to the Chief of Army Staff, besides other responsibilities, he was responsible for the conceptualization, development and implementation of Information Systems in the Army.
He was in charge of education and training in the Indian Army including pre-commission training of Indian Army officers, education and training of Indian officers abroad and training of defence personnel from foreign countries in India. He was also responsible for the training of more than 8,500 Indian troops operating under the aegis of United Nations in various parts of the world.
While in service, Lt Gen SPS Dhillon was part of several governing bodies. Amongst others, he was the Chairman of Army Technology Board and Army Management Board; and was a member of Board for Management of Centre for United Nations Peace Keeping. He has also been a member of Board of Governors of one of the most prestigious schools in India – The Scindia School, Gwalior.
Lt Gen SPS Dhillon has been a national level sportsman, and has excelled in Athletics, Football, Basketball and Hockey. He was a member of a team of observers who went to Beijing in 2008 to witness the conduct of Olympics. He was also the Joint Director General in the Organizing Committee, Commonwealth Games that were conducted in New Delhi, in the year 2010.
The General was awarded the Vishist Seva Medal in 2007, Ati Vishist Seva Medal in 2008 and Param Vishist Seva Medal in 2010 for his distinguished service of most exceptional order.

Maharani Mandakini Kumari belongs to Santrampur in eastern Gujarat. She is a keen homemaker, having restored the Shri Joraver Vilas in Santrampur which is now run as a boutique homestay.
She is working on restoring other heritage palaces belonging to the family, as well as heritage buildings and temples in and around Santrampur. Mandakini Kumari is also the director of Gangaur Ghoomar Dance Academy, which was started by her mother in law, Late Rajmata Goverdhan Kumari.

Professor Kishu Daswani has been teaching law at the Government Law College, Mumbai for over 25 years. He is the Faculty Advisor and responsible for publication of The Law Review, Government Law College, the premier academic journal of the college. He is the founder member of the Securities Law course at the College and has been appointed by the Governing Council of the College to work on Social empowerment of underprivileged in college.
He is a teacher at the Masters in Public Policy Program, Human Rights and Business Law at the St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai. In the past he has taught at the University of Navarra, Pamplona, Spain, and has conducted lectures at the Maharashtra Judicial Academy, Uttan, and Mumbai and at Deakin University, Melbourne, Australia.
